How every engagement runs
The same three steps for all four services.

Initial consultation
Up to 60 minutes with the founder, by phone or video call, for $850. We look at your plans, ask the questions a bank or partner will ask later, and tell you plainly what we would do.

Scoped engagement
If you want to go ahead, you receive a written scope: what we do, what we need from you, who else is involved and an estimate of the hours. Nothing starts until you accept it.

Hourly billing
We record time to the quarter hour at our published rates and invoice against the agreed scope. Timesheets come with every invoice on request.
What we do not do
We are an advisory firm. We do not hold client money, we are not a bank or a payment service, and we do not give investment advice. Legal and tax work, including visa matters, is carried out by independent US attorneys and CPAs who are engaged for the matter and work under their own engagement terms. We prepare that work, coordinate it and keep you informed.
