Founder of MTB Advisors Austin. In the United States since 2008, in Texas since 2011.
Sebastian has spent his working life helping entrepreneurs and companies do business in countries that were new to them. Before the United States he lived and worked in the United Kingdom, Malta, Ireland and Scotland, and in each of them he built and ran businesses himself: opening the banking relationships they needed, hiring, finding schools for his children and keeping the companies running through every move.
He came to the United States in 2008 and has made Texas his home since 2011. The questions his clients bring are ones he has answered for his own businesses: where to start, which bank, which state, what has to be in place before the first hire, and how to move a family without losing a year.
He founded MTB Advisors Austin to offer that experience as a clearly scoped advisory service, billed by the hour, with the legal and tax work in the hands of independent US attorneys and CPAs. Clients work with him directly from the first consultation.
